MiniGoals ("we," "our," or "us") provides a personal monthly challenge tracking app for iOS. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use MiniGoals.
MiniGoals is designed as a local-first utility app. Your challenge goals, journey records, milestones, achievement cards, photos, voice notes, and Points balance are stored on your device. We do not operate user accounts, cloud sync, or a backend server that collects your personal content.
MiniGoals may store the following data locally on your iPhone or iPad:
This information remains on your device unless you delete it within the app, remove the app, or restore your device from a backup that includes app data.
MiniGoals does not require registration and does not collect:
MiniGoals may request the following Apple system permissions only when needed for app features:
You can deny or later revoke these permissions in iOS Settings. Denying a permission limits only the related feature; other parts of the app remain available.
MiniGoals offers optional consumable in-app purchases of Points packs through Apple's App Store. Payment processing is handled entirely by Apple. We do not receive your payment card details. Purchase records are managed by Apple under Apple's privacy practices.
If you grant App Tracking Transparency permission, MiniGoals may access your device's advertising identifier (IDFA) and store it locally on your device. MiniGoals does not sell your data. If you deny tracking permission, the app continues to function without using IDFA.
MiniGoals does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. Content is shared only when you explicitly use iOS sharing features, such as sharing an achievement card through the system share sheet. In that case, sharing is controlled by you and handled by iOS and the destination you select.
Your app data is retained locally until you delete it or uninstall MiniGoals. Deleting individual goals, journey entries, milestones, or cards removes that content from local storage. Uninstalling the app removes locally stored MiniGoals data from the device, subject to iOS backup behavior.
MiniGoals is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the app, please contact us using the in-app Feedback feature.
We use standard iOS on-device storage mechanisms. No method of storage is completely secure, but MiniGoals is designed to keep your content on your device rather than transmitting it to our servers.
Because MiniGoals stores data locally on your device, your information generally remains under your control on the device you use. Applicable local laws may give you rights to access, correct, or delete personal data. You can delete app content directly in the app or by uninstalling the app.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the latest revision. Continued use of MiniGoals after an update means you accept the revised policy.
If you have questions about this Privacy Policy or MiniGoals data practices, contact us through the Feedback feature in the Me tab of the app.
